Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message,  and the message is heard through the word about Christ   Romans 10:17 The bible tells us that without faith, it is impossible to please God ( Heb 11:6 ). Faith is believing in and trusting God even though things around us may not be going in the direction we expect them to. Faith isn't something we can will ourselves to have, neither can you make someone else have it. Romans 10:17 teaches that faith comes from hearing the message, this is the message of Christ. When we open our hearts to the message of the Gospel, it enables us to experience true faith. We need to remain in the word, for it is through the word that we learn more about who God is. The more we know Him, the more we want to know Him. It's knowing Him that builds up our faith, so we encourage you to continue to seek Him in His word and experience true faith in Jesus name. 

Every human being on Earth needs development in their life from one stage to another. A person can develop his/ her physical body which can lead to a massive change in their life. For example if I need to increase in size or reduce there are things that I must do in order to ach ieve this. We are required to develop our spirit being in the same way. Developing our spirit being is also like developing a relationship. Every relationship needs to be developed whether we like it or not, if there is no development in our relationships there is no growth or trust and that relationship will not last long. The more we develop our spirit the closer we are to the things of God. Developing our spirit involves: 1. In a race, there is only one winner. But in the Kingdom of God, everyone is a winner. If someone stumbles during the race, we should do what we can to help them to the finish line. Galatians 6:1-3 , instructs us to help our brothers and sisters when they fall. This shouldn't be done in a holier than thou manner, because we all at some point have and will make a mistake. This should be done out of love, with words of support and encouragement. Providing continued support, advice, and encouragement is what all believers should do to one another, Colossians 3:16 . When you know that you have people fighting in your corner, who want to see you succeed and experience the best that God has, it gives you more strength to overcome the difficulties you may face in life. Our mission as believers is to see the Kingdom of God grow, but in order for that growth to have the right impact there are certain things that must be done. Even in the bible, there were many issue that Paul had to address within the early church. These things and many more still affect the church today. It is important for us to recognise these things and deal with them so that we can build a healthy, Christ centred church. This message will look at 3 areas which must be addressed. 1: Disunity - Matthew 12:25 , Luke 11:17 , The church is divided, division within and between prevents us from doing that which God has enabled us to do. Christ was able to perform miracles because there was unity between Him and the Spirit. A house divided against itself will fall, we can not move forward and rise up against the plans of the enemy if we are working against each other. 2: Worldliness - We are not the same as the world. Weakness is often seen as a negative, no one wants to appear weak, we want to appear as if we can do it all. In the work place, in the home, even in church, everyone wants to show that they are capable. The problem with this comes when we are unable to to admit that we need help, when we put ourselves under unnecessary pressure and then wonder where God is. In 2 Corinthians 12:10 , Paul tells of how he delights in weakness, pain and suffering...why? Who would say that this is something to be joyous about, no one wants to suffer or experience pain. However, Paul was happy to experience this, not because of the experience itself, but because when he was at his weakest point, the Divine power of the Holy Spirit gave him the strength to go on. When we try to do something by ourselves we can get in God's way, but when we admit that we need help, when we step back and cast our burdens or weaknesses onto Him, we allow Him the room in which to move in that situation.
