Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ Romans 10:17
The bible tells us that without faith, it is impossible to please God (Heb 11:6). Faith is believing in and trusting God even though things around us may not be going in the direction we expect them to.
Faith isn't something we can will ourselves to have, neither can you make someone else have it. Romans 10:17 teaches that faith comes from hearing the message, this is the message of Christ. When we open our hearts to the message of the Gospel, it enables us to experience true faith.
We need to remain in the word, for it is through the word that we learn more about who God is. The more we know Him, the more we want to know Him. It's knowing Him that builds up our faith, so we encourage you to continue to seek Him in His word and experience true faith in Jesus name.
