Mary, in faith, accepted God's plan. It wasn't going to be easy, who would believe that she had been touched by the holy spirit and was now carrying the saviour of the world.
From this we learn that the God's plans for our life won't make sense to everyone. But that doesn't matter. What's important is the fact that he has said he will do it. Hold on to that, come before him as a servant and step forward in obedience.
